Can I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly! If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund.
To request a cancellation, please submit a support ticket with your Order ID (5-digit number) and we will do our best to cancel it before it ships.
Please note: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you may return the item once you receive it for a full refund.
