I did not receive my order confirmation email

If you did not receive your order confirmation email:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder - emails from DressMePlus may occasionally be filtered
  2. Check all email folders including Promotions, Social, and Updates tabs (for Gmail users)
  3. Make sure you entered the correct email address during checkout

You can also view your order status directly at our Order Status page using your order number and email address.

If you still cannot find your confirmation, please submit a support ticket with the email address used during checkout and we will resend it.
