Return & Refund Policy

Do you want to return something? No problem! We offer easy returns and return shipping labels!

  1. Merchandise can be returned for a refund within 30 days of original purchase. If you’d like a refund for your merchandise but you can’t return it to us for any reason, then a refund will be at our discretion.
  2. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted merchandise and place a new order.
  3. Refund will be issued back to the original source of payment.
  4. Expedited/Express/Priority shipping orders will receive full refund minus the cost of Expedited/Express/Priority shipping postage.
  5. Orders returned without return authorization or by means other than USPS shipping label provided by DressMePlus, may be rejected and returned back to sender.
  6. Merchandise are your responsibility until it reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
  7. All merchandise will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the event that merchandise is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you or charge restocking fee.
  8. Certain items are excluded from this policy due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards, returns are not accepted on: panties, babydolls, bodysuits, swimsuits, hosiery, teddies and any lingerie set that includes a panty.
  9. We're not responsible for any merchandise that are returned to us by mistake.
  10. You are responsible for the costs of returning merchandise. We have partnered with USPS to provide you with return shipping labels, any postage fees collected by USPS will be subtracted from refund amount.
  11. To start the return process, open Order History, select the order and click "Return" button next to the product you wish to return. If you checked out as Guest, you must create a new account using full billing name and email address used during Guest checkout.
