Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will review it within 3-5 business days to ensure it follows our Return & Refund policy (unused, unworn, and undamaged).
After approval, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us with your Return ID (4-digit number) and we will investigate immediately.
